If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for subscription fees.
One-Time Purchases
Refunds for one-time purchases (e.g., story packs) are only available if the product is defective or not as described. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
